OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR

In the contemporary Indian society, especially with the conventional and social media realm, discussions and debates revolve around issues like Secularism, Uniform Civil Code (UCC), Hindu Rashtra, Government control of Hindu temples, Minorities and their rights, Reservation etc., yet the single most important underlying document that plays a crucial role, Constitution, is often neglected and/or misinterpreted. The Constitution is the governing document of a nation, the base of all decisions, yet, it depends on the interpretations and/or the judgements of the honourable judges.

In purview of the above, the process of discussions, debates, contradictions, defining and redefining the various provisions of Constitution should be open to get a proper understanding of the Constitution.
